CRUST:
2 cups flour (I like whole-wheat)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup cold milk
QUICHE:
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
S & P
Pinch nutmeg
Mustard greens, stems removed and steamed, then finely chopped
1/2 diced onion, sauteed first
Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour, with a pie guard around the crust.
